Leopard's flagship BBC1 programme MISSING LIVE has been praised in a Commons motion published (28/04/2008). It was signed by the Liberal Democrat MP Susan Kramer and the former Conservative Minister Peter Bottomley.

''That this House commends the BBC One series, Missing Live, running every weekday from 21st April to 16th May, which follows the work of the police and the charity Missing People; recognises the immense value in bringing wider understanding and exposure to the reasons many people go missing as well as the technology and techniques involved in trying to find them; and encourages the Government, local authorities and hon. and right hon. Members to give publicity to the series and to support the charity Missing People ahead of International Missing Children's Day on 25th May''.

Leopard Films is an ethical company. We take honesty and integrity seriously. We believe that an ethical business helps people do their best work and results in better programmes. We benefit from it, and so do our clients.

The company exercises an equal opportunities policy and actively recruits from across the community, from all backgrounds and skillsets. We also run a work experience programme in London and New York, where talented people are invited to come and work with us for two weeks. It gives them an opportunity to get a flavour of the company - and it's a great way for us to spot new talent. This is open to students in college or university and to the wider community. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and regions - what you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn.

We have directors, researchers, coordinators and production assistants who all joined Leopard through work experience.

As part of the company's commitment to promoting new talent, Leopard Films sponsors the National Student Film Festival, held every year in March at Bristol University.

The company is currently drawing up a policy for Corporate Social Responsibility and has appointed a Green Manager. Leopard Films is an environmentally conscious company. We recycle all of our paper, plastics, tins and glass. We are being advised by the Carbon Trust on how to make our business more sustainable and are in the process of drawing up a schedule of targets to improve our performance in this area.

The company also makes regular donations to charity and is an active member of the local community.

Leopard Films is committed to promoting and protecting diversity.
