Leopard sponsor National Student Film Festival
Screentest is the UK's only national student film festival; an event dedicated to the development and promotion of student filmmaking talent from around the UK. It is organised by students for students and with the support of the University of Bristol Union (UBU). Additionally it is endorsed and promoted by the National Union of Students (NUS). Screentest is a non-profit project run by volunteers. Screentest provides the opportunity for students from across the country to screen their work in a friendly atmosphere, meet other student filmmakers and learn more about the industry from professionals hoping to impart some of their knowledge through Q & A sessions, talks and workshops. The festival features the best student films, talks from leading industry figures, festival parties and film awards. Beyond this event, Screentest makes and distributes a ‘Best of' reel, which is shown by student film societies across the country. Screentest represents the opportunity for truly national exposure with the convenience of one contact point at one university.
